Refund policy
We hope you will be really happy with our jewelry, but if not, Jay Jewelry will gladly accept refunds within 15 days of purchase.
To get a refund, the item must be returned in new and resalable condition, that means the return is only possible when the article is:
- undamaged
- not worn or used
- and includes the original and undamaged packaging
Jay Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returned items if there is any damage to the product*.
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us with your order number and the reason for return to jayjewelrybxl@gmail.com
2. We will then send you a confirm email.
3. Please include a copy of the invoice and a copy of our email inside the parcel, so we can sort it out.
Shipping charges for returns are to be paid by the customer. For your security, please return your package with an insured/regitered courier with a tracking number and retain your receipt until it is sorted out.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund. We do not refund the original shipping charges on returned items. We are not responsible for any loss, until we receive the items back.
* If you received an incorrect or damaged article, please let us know within two days of receipt with an email describing the damage and including a picture of the item. After you have the product returned to us, we can send you a new one.
