The layer of gold or silver used during the plating procedure is thick enough so your jewelry can last for many years.

You can wear it every day and not worry about keeping it under the shower or clear water as it is water-resistant.

However, there are some substance that will directly damage your jewelry so we strongly recommend avoiding putting it in contact with any of the following:

• Salty water (avoid wearing it in the ocean)
• Chlorine water (avoid wearing it in a swimmingpool)
• Perfume (avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewelry)
• Perfume includes : scented creams or scented shower gel (prefer natural fragrance-free products)
• Hydro-alcoholic gel (this will really damage your jewelry quickly)
• Sweat (depending on your skin acidity, you might avoid wearing your jewelry while doing intense sport)

While you are not wearing it, store it in a pouch.

To clean it you can gently wash it with a soft brush, some water and fragrance-free soap and polish it with a microfibre cloth.
